Within Minutes, Same Man -Three Auto Accidents

Timothy Stevens, 26, has been arrested on charges that he was criminally negligent when the Ford Expedition he was driving slammed into a motorcyclist last year in a deadly auto accident near the Berlin Turnpike. Stevens was driving away from Lowe’s when he rammed into a motorcyclist from behind at a red light. James Delude, the motorcyclist was taken to a hospital with a broken neck and was later removed from life support. According to authorities, Stevens was not driving under the influence and they declined to say whether a medical condition played a factor in the accident. It is very upsetting since this was the third accident Stevens had been in within minutes of each other. The first accident occured in a restraunt parking lot where Stevens allegedly hit a car and drove off without reporting it and the second accident occurred when Stevens’ Expedition struck another vehicle nearby.
