Two Workers Injured in Mine Accident
Two mine workers were injured yesterday (03NOV06) at a mined-out coal mine when a conveyer belt they were disassembling caused an accident. Roger Oiler and Charles Mullins, employees of R & J Recycling out of Charleston, West Virginia, were taken to hospital after being thrown from the conveyor belt. The extent of their injuries is not yet known, although both men were reported to be conscious and able to talk. An investigation into the accident will be carried out.
