Shooting Victims Wait 30 minutes for Police

There are some angry residents of Royal Oak Township after they had to wait over 30 minutes for police to arrive when a shooting had occurred. A man and woman lay bleeding on the sidewalk after they had been shot. Neighbors hearing the gunfire quickly called 911 for help. Ambulance had shown up but refused to give any help until the Michigan State Police would arrive. After about 25 minutes and still no police paramedics stepped in and it wasn̢۪t for about another 5 to 10 minutes that police finally arrived. Thankfully the man and woman survived, but residents of Royal Oak are not happy.
