Salmonella Linked to Contaminated Tomatoes
A recent nationwide outbreak of Salmonella poisoning has been traced to contaminated tomatoes served in restaurants across 20 states. The Salmonella outbreak followed a recent series of E. Coli contaminations. Facilities such as stores, restaurants and warehouses can be held accountable if their poor sanitary conditions and inadequate standards of testing, handling and sanitizing food cause Salmonella or E. Coli.
