Plastic Surgeons Negligence Results in Patients Death

The state of New York has yanked the medical license of plastic surgeon, Dr. Michael Sachs, after being accused of negligence in the death of Kay Creagan, who died after a face-lift in 2005. Dr. Sachs is one of the stateĆ¢€™s most-sued doctors and has been charged with four counts of negligence by the state Board for Professional Medical Misconduct. Cregan, a mother of two, went into cardiac arrest the morning after she underwent a nose job and face-lift in Sachs' Central Park South offices. An autopsy by the city medical examiner found that the surgery was a contributing factor in her death on March 17, 2005.
