No Wrongful Discrimination of Disabled Employee

The Court recently held that there was no violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act when an employer terminated an disabled employee who was unable to perform her work functions and refused to give her another position for which she was unqualified. The Court found that the employer reasonably accommodated the employee's disability by keeping her position open for a reasonable period of time while she was on medical leave.
