Man Pleas Guilty in Road Rage Death

A man has pleaded guilty to charges of vehicular homicide after causing the road rage death of a woman in November (05). Dr. Salim Ghazi pleaded guilty to two counts of reckless driving before Judge Ruth in Jacksonville, Florida, and was sentenced to one year's probation and 150 hours of community service. The State's Attorney Office offered the agreement after Kierra Shore's family consented. Reporters were told that Shore's reckless driving, lack of wearing a seatbelt and untested legal grounds led to the plea agreement. The Board of Medicine will review the incident regarding the status of Dr Ghazi's medical license.
