Lawsuit Filed Against Comcast for Wrongful Death

wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Comcast. Anthony Triplett was working for a Comcast contractor in Chicago, when he killed Urszula Sakowska and another woman. Authorities say Triplett had been called to the Sakowska’s home to repair Internet service. Sakowska’s fiancé Greg Magiera said the two were planning to get married this year. The woman’s body was found in the bathtub of her home on Chicago’s South Side on December Eighth. The wrongful death lawsuit contends police considered Triplett to be a suspect in an earlier homicide and had notified Comcast of his involvement in a murder investigation.
