Inexperience Blamed for Motorcycle Accidents

Lack of experience seems to be the contributing factor to the rise in deadly motorcycle accidents this year in Virginia. Police say inexperience is usually common among younger bikers, but lately the victims are well into adulthood. In October alone, nine of the twenty bikers killed were men in their ‘40s or ‘50s. “It’s alarming and it's over an 80 percent increase of what we have seen up to this point last year,” said State Police Sgt. Tom Cunningham.
