Car Cut in Half in Auto Accident

On the Indiana Toll Road in Elkhart County, two semis and a vehicle caused a large auto accident. The car, headed westbound, was cut in half by an eastbound semi that jumped the ditch. “Police told WSBT News snow on top of a tanker created whiteout conditions, causing the other semi to rear-end it before crossing the median.” There were no life-threatening injuries, though it did take firefighters more than 10 minutes to get the woman out of her car.
